@SpiritAirlines lost my bf and I’s luggage on 11/29. After some investigating WE were the ones to locate them in NJ and then we were told they would be sent back to MPLS on 11/30. still haven’t heard anything & nobody answers any of the phones. Absolutely ridiculous service.
