@Brian_onX Sure. But he also sometimes thinks the same of me. Sometimes he knows more, sometimes I do. Respect for each other, including each other’s intellect, is part of a healthy, happy marriage. #30yearsandcounting

@ItsMattsLaw Cities with good internal staff. Lots of interesting issues, you develop deep relationships over time so can be proactive/part of the team, they value your work, they recognize you have a life (vacations are ok), and always pay their bills. This is 90+% of my work. I ❤️ my job.
@RepAdamSmith This is likely due to increased development costs, including interest rates, construction costs, & Seattle rent ctrl. With rent control now WA law, plus the significant tax increases this last session, building MF housing will continue to be slower than needed to meet demand.
@writeclimbrun Why not use outlook developer to create an email form that disallows “reply all”? I do that when I want to control how replies come in. (I work for govt agencies and typically use it so my elected officials don’t accidentally reply all and violate the Open Public Meeting Act.)
@jasonrantz Coming from someone who drinks only 1-2 drinks per week: I think that’s semi-moderate. One a day is moderate (think one beer or glass of wine with dinner). Two every day is a little much imo. I would say 5-10 drinks per week is moderate.
@DietCoke_Esq Take a 30 minute walk every day during the work day - outside weather permitting. I do this in the afternoon and I come back ready to work a few more hours.
@seattletimes Every time this project is delayed, I can hear the late Dr. Don Davidson (former Bellevue Mayor) predicting (in about 2012), “Light rail will never make it across the floating bridge!” Then and now, I hope he is proven wrong. But that day is not this day.
The Bellevue Police Officers Guild proudly endorsed @BVUEjared for his unwavering commitment to public safety & steadfast support of the men & women in blue.
#Bellevue is one of the safest cities in the region - Jared will keep it that way.

@CatholicAwesome True. On hearing about my third someone asked me, “Was that on purpose?” Yes, Karen, each of my children were planned and wanted. Children are life’s greatest joy and quite a wonderful adventure.
@strowhiro I’m team #1! But, if you agree to some of their changes and want to make other revisions, please accept the changes from the other side (or your earlier changes they agreed to) so it shows the winnowing down over time. Otherwise it gets too confusing.
@BiblicalBeauty The same as your sons. Women can do all those things and more. To that I would add crane operator is an excellent job and takes focus and skill, not brute strength. But aside from construction, dental hygienists do well.
