@montysblog @HSBC_UK @MortgageStrat @cathyLMFS For sure, it’s just the uncertainty on whether rates will be honoured. HSBC are a great lender and I hate doing this but we need to be able to let out clients know :(

Is anyone from @HSBC_UK intermediaries going to issue a communication? Massive issues again today as BDMs are saying rates will be honoured but nothing official has been announced. I’ve now had to use 3 different web browsers. Latest one kicked me out at last page b4 submitting

@HSBC_UK your system for intermediaries trying to submit rates before midnight has been broken all day, on all web engines. Assume you will be looking to extend the deadline now as no one can submit so you’ll have unallocated funds at current rates @MortgageStrat
