#Vintagecashcow are the biggest scammers I've ever had to deal with sent items to be valued months ago, didn't get an offer and didn't receive all my items back they absolutely don't care, don't use them avoid at all costs, I don't know how so call celebs work with this company
A house that was £500-£600 a month rent a few years ago is now at least £1,000-£1,200.
Same flat. Same walls. Same postcode.
Double the price in barely six years.
Wages didn't double.
Food prices didn't go down.
Energy bills are still ridiculous.
And nobody in charge seems to have a serious answer for any of it.
We're just expected to work harder, do more overtime and cancel Netflix like that's somehow going to fix a housing crisis and the cost of living.
Yesterday I rang sky customer service, got a very rude man, who was clearly working from home and I could hear him telling someone to sshh & dog barking in background get them back in office shit might actually get done, sick of work from home bollocks cus they ain't working
Walk into any UK office at 3pm on a Friday and you'll see something that's quietly become normal.
Most desks are empty. The ones that aren't have someone leaning back, scrolling on their phone, or staring at a single email they've been 'working on' since 2pm.
The few people actually doing work are doing it slowly enough that it could have been finished in 20 minutes if anyone was actually paying attention.
The boss is in their office on a personal call, or out at a long lunch, or working from home so they don't have to see it.
This is what the average UK office costs the average UK business — about 12 paid working hours a week that nobody is actually doing anything meaningful in.
The 4-day work week conversation has nothing to do with whether the work fits into 4 days. Most people are already doing it in 3, and nobody at the top wants to admit it out loud.

@Northpowergrid How many times are we gonna get fobbed off with this excuse though, yes it's a safety feature & that's great, but if trees etc are the issue then why is that not getting addressed, so we don't have to keep suffering from power outages 2 more times a week, it's getting ridiculous

I've ended up having to cancel my broadband & landline with @bt_uk after more than 20 plus years and they couldn't give a toss, customer services are so rude & nobody knows what they are doing, thanks for not giving a toss about losing me, I wish I've changed provided sooner
@bt_uk I already have raised a complaint and it got closed the same day, not one of your customer service people are interested and as a result of that, you have lost my customer
@MrGee27@bt_uk@virginmedia Seems like they are all the same, quick enough to sign you up & take your money, but when something goes wrong, it's all hit & miss but there's so many rude customer service people that you have to try & deal with it's ridiculous but loyalty means nothing to them anymore
