@virginmedia Yes and no...we have now sorted one problem but all the shows we want to watch are temporarily unavailable. It is not a joke when I say that my husbands mental health is taking a battering at your poor service and the poor follow up and the poor overall product!

@virginmedia we joined you today. Upgrade on the wifi and tv. The WiFi is t working properly, the TV channels are not what we ordered. It is a joke. Can’t talk to anyone. Feeling very despondent and let down when WiFi is crucial for us as key workers (teaching) and homeschooling

@Tesco my order was due 8-9pm and was updated to say 10:47-11:10pm but no update since...should I wait up? I appreciate these are tough times but paying £5:50 for a specific spot as a key worker is quite a lots of money to add on and then it not happen!
