Absolutely terrible customer service by @AshleyFurnitur4 . Bought a couch back in December, was shipped out with ripped or missing parts and they still have not fully fixed it after 7 months. Will not ever buy from them again.

@AshleyFurnitur4 hasn't finished repairing a couch that was shipped out wrong after 7 months and is refusing to send a new couch or refund me stating "it's been since December, all we can do is repairs". As if I wasn't aware of how long my couch hasn't been properly fixed.

Have had to take off work FOUR times in order to have my couch "fixed" d/t wrong parts being sent out, missing parts, and not scheduling enough time for repairs to be made. And now @AshleyFurnitur4 wants me to schedule a FIFTH visit in hopes the repair will be made.
