Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala has pleaded guilty to fraud and corruption charges linked to the R228-million SAPS health services tender. The fraud charge relates to allegations that the contract was secured through fraudulent misrepresentations, resulting in SAPS paying more than R50-million to Matlala's company.
