@makeupmooni @cheapcaribbean If you find a way for a refund. I'd like to know. They refused anything more than a credit and only offered hotel credit telling me I'd forfeit the full amount of airfare...even though the flight is a chartered cheap caribbean flight!

@cheapcaribbean The website says "funds will stay on the booking until rebooked. All bookings must be made within 90 days and travel must be completed by 12/15/21." Why can't I get the full cost of my trip put into my account?

@cheapcaribbean 3 minutes has turned into 90. Someone just picked up the phone. Now he is telling me even though I'm on one of their chartered flights, I am out that portion of my trip. They can't refund at all. They will give a credit. I'm only permitted credit for hotel. No flight credit
