@amandapalmer To the point your brain can't spin anymore. It's like pulling the plug on a frozen computer for me, 3-4 hours before bed. when I couldn't run, only thing that helped was neurapas balance, plant based but still need to check with your doctor. Best tea: pukka night time

@amandapalmer insomnia all my life, various triggers, different remedies. For this kind: drastically reduce amount of non fiction I engage with (for me that meant no PhD work after 17). If this usually lasts for more than 1 day: run until it gets so exhausting you need to concentrate on breath
