Absolutely shocking service from @elvie worst email customer support I’ve ever come across. Someone has agreed to replace my unit as it’s faulty under the warranty, given my address and heard zilch from them since. Two weeks without a properly functioning pump #notgoodenough
@SCAS999 Sorry to hear this. My GP surgery is directing to 111 as soon as appointments run out now, this was by 9am the other day….there aren’t any slots for routine matters either. 🥲 The shortage of GPs is hitting and goodwill has now expired.
@OxfordHealthNHS your subcontracted car parking at Abingdon CH has an attendant literally wandering around constantly (I’ve been sat here 2.5hours now) and slapping tickets on as soon as someone is over. Given the 3h wait in minor injury unit this seems a bit in-compassionate?!

I’ve sent another email today and they’re now saying 7 day response time just for emails. I think escalation is a good idea now…

@SophieW82901410 @weddingshopuk We’ve got most of it now but there’s still a few items that were meant to arrive with them last week, I’ve chased and heard nothing back on. I was hoping to have them before Christmas but as the deliveries they offer are usually 2weeks from a request that’s doubtful now 🤦🏻♀️
