@kj_washington@dorothychou@ST_Business@karaswisher@MikeIsaac I’ve worked with Rachel at Uber & FB. Any claims of racism are ridiculous. The truth is Rachel championed internal policy changes to support inclusion at Uber. It wasn’t always easy for me. Her mentorship transformed for the better the confidence I feel in myself and my career.
@MikeIsaac@karaswisher Eventually I left Uber to work with Rachel at FB. I have only seen her to be of the highest honor and integrity, pushing us all to be better. We are all better bc of her.
@MikeIsaac@karaswisher I worked directly with her on Uber‘s second chance commitment which would not have happened without her. She was the one exec who truly saw from the start our ability to play a role in fixing an issue that disproportinately affects POC. https://t.co/MswSxIfDwK
@MikeIsaac@karaswisher Longtime Uber employee. Was there before, during, and after Rachel’s time there. It’s a better place and platform bc of her. True advocate for drivers, many of whom are immigrants and people of color — better pay, improved safety, fairer screenings.
