Today, the Supreme Court not only reversed nearly 50 years of precedent, it relegated the most intensely personal decision someone can make to the whims of politicians and ideologues—attacking the essential freedoms of millions of Americans.

The West Memphis Fire Department reports that the only fire in a city facility was put out "with a Fire Extinguisher prior to our arrival." No damage was noted. I don't see how this supports officials' recent claim that evidence in the WM3 case was destroyed in a fire.
