2. Truth Social has begun selling early access to Trump's posts to Wall Street banks and high-frequency traders, meaning that they will get a heads-up on market-moving information like new tariffs and updates on the War with Iran
1. Trump does so much crazy, corrupt shit that things can get lost. Last week, Trump embarked on what might be his most brazenly corrupt scheme yet, and it got far too little attention. Here's what you need to know:
My gosh.
Yesterday, Egypt Coach Hossam Hassan asked FIFA to use its "soft power" to help Palestinians.
Today, just as the Egypt-Argentina match began, Israel killed Mohammed al-Wahidi, of the Egyptian Relief Committee in Gaza — which also organized Gaza screenings of the matches.
One of the killings involved a ten day old baby being shot by an Israeli sniper in broad daylight whilst the baby was being breastfed : an independent UN Commission says Israeli authorities and security forces deliberately targeted Palestinian children resulting in genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes in Gaza, and war crimes in the occupied West Bank
Israeli forces have killed over 20,000 children & injured 44,000 more since 7 Oct. 2023, Srinivasan Muralidhar, chair of the @UN Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory & Israel, told reporters today. #HRC62

This report is haunting even for someone who has documented the most horrific aspects of this genocide - which too many world leaders pretend not to see.
I commend the Commission of Inquiry for its effort to bring about accountability and make the truth accessible.
We cannot consider #AI to be morally neutral. In reality, every technical tool embodies choices and priorities through what it measures, ignores, and optimizes, and how it classifies people and situations. Ethical discernment cannot be limited to asking whether we are using a system for good or bad purposes. It must also examine how that system is designed and what vision of the human person and society is embedded in the data and models that guide it. #MagnificaHumanitas
.@netflix will stream a Russian Soviet and dictatorship propaganda cartoon in more than 100 countries for young audiences worldwide. (Honestly, I can’t believe I’m writing this.)
The so called Russian animated series “Masha and the Bear” is not just another children’s cartoon. Critics have repeatedly accused it of promoting a positive image of Russia, normalizing Soviet symbols and militaristic themes, and spreading Russian cultural misinformation narratives to young audiences around the world.
@itamarbengvir "For every tear of an Israeli mother, a thousand Lebanese mothers must weep".
"All of Lebanon must burn!"
"All of Lebanon must burn"
"You need to go berserk. To obliterate".
And then we have stupid clowns asking where the evidence of genocidal intent is.
"President Trump’s preliminary agreement to end the war with Iran … accomplishes none of Israel’s war aims, analysts and officials said, and arguably leaves the country in worse shape on each of them."

An absolutely bonkers report by Israel’s Channel 12 last night that has flown a bit under the radar:
National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir has decided to appoint people whose family members were killed, either in terrorist attacks or war, AS OFFICIAL PRISON MONITORS for security prisoners being held in Israeli jails. They will monitor the prisoners themselves as well as the conditions they are being held under.
This is so insanely corrupt, I can’t even believe it.
More than half the donors to Trump’s $400 million White House ballroom just won over $50 billion in new federal contracts in six months.
And here’s the part that should make your blood boil.
Sixteen of these 27 donors were facing federal enforcement actions, antitrust reviews, labor cases, securities charges. Many of those cases have been quietly dropped or scaled back since Trump took office. You write a check, your legal problems disappear. That’s not a coincidence.
The White House won’t even release the full donor list. They’re hiding it on purpose, because daylight is the one thing pay-to-play can’t survive. A federal judge already ruled ballroom construction has to stop until Congress authorizes it.
Government is supposed to serve the people, not auction itself off to the highest bidder. When access goes to whoever pays the most, working families always end up paying the price.
We either end the corruption, or the corruption will end us.

Israel yesterday kidnapped four women. Two are footballers in the Palestinian National Team.
Their names are: Natali Abu Dia and Rand Halwani.
Is it normal to kidnap footballers, @FIFAcom? Where are sports media organisations? This story should be the headline everywhere.
