@Telegraph No one cared enough to look past the initial diagnosis. Eventually he was sent for a Barium swallow which revealed the real problem going on in his abdomen. He had gut-malrotation and was rushed into hospital for a 5 hour surgery. My son could have died several times over. 😞

@Telegraph I’m so sorry about what happened to your daughter. My son almost died 2 years ago, when he was 11. Repeated appointments to GPs over the course of 4 years, and several visits to A&E and everyone dismissed his ever worsening symptoms as abdominal migraines.
