She sustained severe injuries in the attack, including the amputation of one of her hands.
Layla urgently needs specialized medical care and evacuation from the Gaza Strip to receive treatment abroad.

وزير حرب الاحتلال كاتس يدعو بالتحرك بقوة كبيرة وبشكل فوري ضد ظاهرة إطلاق البالونات والطائرات الورقية من قطاع غزة واعتبارها عملا حربيا وتصنيفها مثل الطائرة المسيرة.

وفي إطار التوجيهات الجديدة، أمر الوزير باتخاذ جميع الخطوات لمنع إطلاق الطائرات الورقية مثل تنفيذ اغتيالات، وإخلاء مناطق تنطلق منها هذه الوسائل.
