Punch was missing from the enclosure again. Surprisingly, both caretakers were present on duty, which means the claim that “one of them stays inside with him in the backyard” is not true. He was most likely locked outside with other monkeys.

At 12:04, when Punch-kun finally returned to the enclosure, he immediately started eating. This shows he was not given his full meal while he was inside. It seems the main reason for taking him in is to separate him from the keepers, not just to feed him.
