@CapitalOneCA I have been trying for over a year. I have dealt with about 25 people and no one can figure out how to access my online account.

[Jennifer Suzanne @Jenistopshelf]

@CapitalOneCA I think you have the worse customer service in the entirety of all customer services

[Jennifer Suzanne @Jenistopshelf]

Thank you @HydroOne workers for such an amazing job restoring hydro during this ice storm.

Canada is so fucked.

Some people actually believe Trudeau.

The same man who said his own citizens shouldn’t be tolerated for not obeying him.

I’m scared for Canada.

Honestly.

[Jennifer Suzanne @Jenistopshelf]

@TD_Canada what’s going on? Can’t access my accounts.

[Jennifer Suzanne @Jenistopshelf]

@RogersHelps is there an outage in Ontario right now??

[Jennifer Suzanne @Jenistopshelf]

@CapitalOneCA Tried that. Nothing resolved. I’m just trying to access my online account and no one can help. It’s painful dealing with your customer service

[Jennifer Suzanne @Jenistopshelf]

@CapitalOneCA your customer service is pathetic at best. You should look in to that

[Jennifer Suzanne @Jenistopshelf]

@TD_Canada technical difficulties again? Any idea when this will be rectified?

[Jennifer Suzanne @Jenistopshelf]

@CapitalOne Your customer service is shitty at best.

[Jennifer Suzanne @Jenistopshelf]

@champssports how long does it take to get a response from head office. Looking for a refund from our local store as they charged us twice and apparently this is important????

[Jennifer Suzanne @Jenistopshelf]

@TD_Canada any updates?

[Jennifer Suzanne @Jenistopshelf]

@TD_Canada what is going on. You are keeping everyone in the dark. Provide truthful answers to your customers

[Jennifer Suzanne @Jenistopshelf]

@TD_Canada are we able to use our debit cards at point of sale???

[Jennifer Suzanne @Jenistopshelf]

@thelindsaygrace @RogersHelps I was 39 in queue for chat today. I gave up.

[Jennifer Suzanne @Jenistopshelf]

@RogersHelps I need some assistance with my password reset for my yahoo mail. The wait times are insane.

[Jennifer Suzanne @Jenistopshelf]

@CapitalOneCA can someone help me. No one I’ve spoke to at Capital One can figure out why my online account keeps doing this.

[Jennifer Suzanne @Jenistopshelf]

@TELUSsupport just found out you are charging us for a new phone order that we cancelled…great customer service.

[Jennifer Suzanne @Jenistopshelf]

@cityoforillia Any updates on what’s happening with the Rotary Place yet?
