Ask yourself this, “why do I haveI have the goals that I have?”
If you can’t answer that question and then answer the follow up “why?” for three times, we have some work to do!
(I.e. I want to lose weight.. “why?” To look better “why?” To feel more confidence “why?”…)
BONUS: I prioritize protein at every meal (easy for me because I’d rather eat 20oz or steak than anything else).
I also challenge myself to try something new I wouldn’t normally eat.
That breaks a habit loop and keeps me from slubbing through vacation.
3) Drink a loooot of water. Again.. just makes you feel good!
Vacation isn’t where you get fit.
It definitely shouldn’t be a place where you feel bad about yourself or worry about “falling off track”.

It’s the days you close your laptop, leave your phone behind and walk for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, maybe 40 minutes, that makes you feel brand new🚀
