@LEBEANOCKUK@BBCRadio2 My Radio 2 listening is shrinking. It used to stop after Simon Mayo. Then it stopped at the end of Steve Wright. Now it’ll stop at 12.00 after Ken Bruce. Shame on the woman that pulled the plug on Wrighty!!!!
@virginmedia They offered us a long wire to go from the upstairs hub, along the landing, down the stairs, across the hall and into the lounge where the main phone is located. This isn’t practical or safe. I wouldn’t class this as a solution.
So frustrated with the lack of comprehensive support from @virginmedia regarding upgrading our phone line to fibre. When, after numerous calls, the router is at the opposite side of the house and all the phone operative can offer is a ‘long cable’. Ridiculous! #helpplease
@virginmedia I would move it but I feel that charging me for something you have changed is quite unjust. The whole system worked before & now we haven’t had a landline since the 28/06 but have been paying for it. Perhaps the refund of a lack of phone line would offset the cost of a call out!
@virginmedia It seems a bit unfair to incur the call out charge when our system was working fine but Virgin made the changes that resulted in us being unable to use the landline. The foreign gentleman in the call centre told me that a technician would be sent out at no cost to me
