@SouthwestAir Seemed more like poor staffing of the gate. One gate agent had to do it all himself, including on loading all of the wheelchair passengers. Poor guy did the best he could, but staffing this way I have never see with yall before.
Only one gate agent assigned gate 4 at Hobby...never should have taken this long to get a plane boarded! Flt 3005 an hour and a half late. Come on @southwestair
