Dear @tesla. We will never purchase a car from you again. Not only is your customer service a joke, but our brand new car was just delivered carrier direct with no license plates or registration. It took an hour and a half to get through to customer service.

We also had quite a few people asking about the ordering process, and how delivery and everything went. They will all be told to look into a different EV.

Where we were basically told, oops. We will get them in the mail and maybe you’ll have them by Tuesday. MAYBE. So we are now left with an unusable car in our driveway because you cannot do your job. Never again.
