I'm a Junior attending Olympia HS & Valencia College. In my free time, I volunteer at the OC Animal Shelter. In the future, I want to be a music teacher.
Thank you @AWMH_Journal for the article “Barriers to access and utilization of eating disorder treatment among women” . It showed me how eating disorders are also mental disorders and how many women are untreated for their eating disorders.
Hi @adv_in_science ! I wanted to thank you for your article “Anorexia: Highlights in Traditional Persian medicine and conventional medicine” . I was really able to learn about what anorexia is and what it specifically does to damage your body.
Hello @HartleyDM ! Thank you for writing the article “Using Social Media and Internet Data for Public Health Surveillance” . It has really helped me understand more about the importance of social media in the monitoring of different diseases.
Hello @ClydeHaberman ! Your article on eating disorders really opened my eyes to how deadly they can be and how bad it can damage your body. Thank you for sharing this information and spreading the word about the dangerous disease. https://t.co/jCdZ1wknfe
Hello @randihepstein ! Thank you so much for your interview with Kathryn Zerbe. It really helped me understand what can cause eating disorders and the difference between different types of eating disorders. https://t.co/JohAGIEuFs
Hello @JoyceCarolOates Not knowing what happens to Connie leaves me with a knot in my stomach. I think that maybe you did this to make your readers engaged in wanting to know what happens in the end. Why did you choose to end the story that way? #SoCruel
Hi @JoyceCarolOates ! The most dangerous moment of my life was when I fell down a hill and a snake ended up slithering on top of me! I was a fool like Troy for messing around at the top of the hill. #AlmostLakeChippewa
Hello @ValenciaWestLib ! Thank you for having a variety of books that talk about eating disorders. They really helped me with my research essay! #bestlibrary
Hi @neilhimself ! I loved the advice you gave in your Keynote Address 2012 speech. In the future I see for myself, the idea that I will deal with failure let’s me know to keep pushing, even when it gets hard. #MakeGoodArt
Hello @neilhimself ! Once I was at a friend’s house for a study session when we saw something weird in the sky. We could’ve sworn it was something extraterrestrial but turns out it was just a flying saucer balloon! #TheyAreHere
Hello @AmyTan ! I can’t imagine what it’s like to have #LymeDisease . The biggest #adversity that I have had to overcome was having to be in a room full of people and not panicking at the same time.
Hello @AmyTan ! Growing up, I always had to follow what my mother told me to do. Having my sisters forcing me to obey my mother didn’t help either. I am definitely an #obedientchild
I always love writing a #researchessay because it’s really fascinating to find out more about topics I’m interested about. Although, sometimes leaving the research to do last minute can be as stressful as driving on I4🤦🏽♀️
My #HappilyEverAfter would be working as a music teacher in a good school district, such as @OCPSnews . Working with kids would be much different than working with dogs but the feeling of getting to change lives, whether human or canine, is amazing.
#MyIdealPrince would treat not only me, but everyone else with respect and love me for who I am. He would have trust in me and would be loyal. He would support me in reaching my goals and be there every step of the way.
