@AskFrontier if you are available 24/7 why have I been on hold for 25 mins waiting for a customer service rep to try and solve a billing dispute? You don’t do service well.

@dsmusicals Maybe you can check into your system problems? Your system charged my subscription fee three times. You took an extra $2k out of my account in seconds but are telling me it will take 5-7 days to get my money back due to your error. Not acceptable.
