Helena Rafferty was the contact and coordinator for the 5 Stones Intelligence Canton PD audit.

5Si made these statements to the public, posturing in an official capacity with authority to make such statements of fact, which were outside the scope of their audit, and absolutely false given Digiampietro’s report that they failed to mention Helena’s involvement in. 🤬

Alan is a man of integrity that knows the law and knows how to best work for his client(s) according to the law and their rights.

The ‘appeal’ is justice for John O’Keefe and seeing that Karen is made whole again by every individual and institution that maliciously and purposefully conspired to put her in jail for a crime they KNEW she did not commit.

All the attorneys who, essentially, worked pro bono at her retrial did it because of their heart for the law and justice and their absolute belief in her innocence. Whereas Michael Morrissey decided all the 60 salaried ADA’s in his office were dummies so he paid the very awkward Hank Brennan 600k to come in as the top dummy and lose the case, even despite all his lies and egregious theatrical, whiny behavior.

Pro Bono on ethics & belief alone for 4+ High caliber attorneys on a retrial — that says a lot to other solid lawyers who know they’re right and they’re standing on the right side of justice. That pro bono situation has never happened before in U.S. history, and it is another awesome thing to come out of this.

Also something that has never happened before- a juror in the first trial (who was a lawyer) believed in her innocence so deeply that she joined her defense team for the retrial.

And interestingly, most of the deliberating jurors were so confused when Judge Cannone declared a mistrial without inquiring if they were unanimous on ANY of the charges, that several of them reached out to the defense directly to let them know that the jurors were unanimous on NOT guilty on the murder & manslaughter charges.
That has never happened before either.

In how many ways does the entire world need to be shown Karen is completely innocent? 🤣
I mean, there are a few new ways to show her innocence coming up soon, but damn- how exhausting for the antis.
