- A romantic fantasy is a fantasy with a romance element. The story can exist without the romance.
- Romantasy is a fantasy romance, a romance with a fantasy element. So the story doesn’t exist without the romance.

Just finished watching Wicked (I know, I’m behind) & dang if it isn’t the perfect lesson in how important perspective, context, & backstory is for stories. I will never watch Wizard of Oz the same again.

Now I have to go read the book cause can’t wait til Nov for Pt 2.
