It's slow going learning a new role of great complexity and during peak at that, so I'm not listening to anything I'm terribly invested in. But it was a major win when I was able to listen to music while working. So this counts as another win too!

I had to stop taking my ADHD meds last year for... Reasons.
I am FINALLY at a point where I can start listening to audiobooks while working again sometimes. Switching jobs has been hard without meds but it's getting easier the more I learn & can reincorporate coping methods.
