This is why the "LGB without the T" attempt doesn't work. Great article by @megbasham here. Christians need to defend the only practices that lead to human flourishing and child protection. LGBT idealogy represents a regression to humans' most base instincts for pleasure at all costs.
“HelloFresh’s post tears away the gauzy veil the LGBTQ movement has long draped over itself with G-rated images of wholesome-looking men in respectable sweater vests holding hands on the beach. It reminds us that the sexual relationships being applauded bear no resemblance to the union of a husband and wife…
“In this, the Instagram post was an acknowledgment of what Christians have always known — the evangelistic fervor of the modern LGBTQ movement is so totalizing because it is simply a new iteration of the same old paganism with which Christianity has always competed. And those old religions have always pitted their temple prostitution and ritualistic orgies against the demands of Christianity that man shall leave his father and mother and become one flesh with his wife.”
Despite the conventional title, I wrote what I hope is a fairly in-depth reflection on what the HelloFresh post tells us about the evolution of pride. In essence, they are revealing that it was always a sexual rite. A pagan competitor to Christianity just as we had in the temples of pagan Rome.

Birthright citizenship upheld. More reason than ever to ban #surrogacy for #foreigners.
Maybe we can’t stop a woman from exploiting this provision when she gives birth to her own child.
But we can stop adults from exploiting it by paying her to give birth to a child they’ve commissioned.
The league wouldn't be better off without Caitlin Clark, but she would be better off without the league.
Caitlin Clark is the best thing to ever happen to the WNBA.

"The very best argument in defense of the traditional family I have ever heard."
"Its weird listening to basic common sense at a time its seen as edgy."
"I imagine that for a liberal progressive person these facts are unbearable to hear. Every point is an offense of their ideologic worldview. I say that because I had those views before. To put the children first is an unknown concept."
"I was in my early 50's when I finally got to know my dad, and who my ancestors were on his side of the family. For all of my life I felt part of me was missing."

In the midterms, how about electing any politician with the spine to stand up and protect children?
On the political right, do not accept the pop culture claims that protecting a child's right to mom and dad is "unpopular." It's not.
One could only point out that there's an information gap or a messaging gap. And that's why we exist.
Greater Than will unite all adults who want justice for children and give you the best tools to do it from the culture to the courtroom.

Sex used to be sacred.
It created life, bonded couples, formed families, and demanded commitment, responsibility, even sacrifice.
For most of human history, sex had a steep cost. A man had to earn it and women had to weigh it, with her future in mind.
In WA, data shows more than a million Christians did not vote in the most recent election and remain apathetic to politics.
If half that number participated at the ballot box, the Family Policy Institute of Washington says it would change the political identity of the state.
“Ross, you’re so lucky.”
“You’re so blessed.”
“Look how loved you are.”
He heard it from teachers, strangers, and well-meaning friends. But every time he heard it, it felt wrong. 🧵
Now that we know the political significance of my $8.75 coral maternity dress from Old Navy, can’t wait to hear what the New York Times has to say about my elastic-waistband pants and compression socks! In the meantime, enjoy my pregnancy fashion (or lack thereof) and a good story with your kids on Storytime with the Second Lady.

@ThemBeforeUs@Prolife_Sam Wow a random account with seven followers, no profile picture, from Portugal is super interested in our U.S. Supreme Court case!
@Prolife_Sam and @JennTBU consider whether same-sex marriage impacts anyone or if it's just live at let live like we were promised when Obergefell was decided a decade ago.
Spoiler: There's no LGB without the T and no way redefining marriage was not going to ruin everything for children.
