Not sure of quite original. Principals and district personnel, your teachers are watching. Lead by example. Had to say “bye” to someone I considered a mentor/advisor bc of things they did. I learned much from them in the yrs we worked together in EP.

@ElizabethJHart Shared planning/prep times. Shared understanding of content. Lessons planned to implement co-teach. Shared responsibility for planning, grading, documentation etc. Similar classroom management strategies.

Approximately 1 in 5 people have dyslexia. Studies show early identification and intervention prior to grade 3 has the greatest outcomes. All states should have legislation related to early identification and interventions. Let's get ALL states on board!
