The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services historically used 12 years old as their baseline, so we followed that

I would have worried too much anyway and they weren’t mature enough to be left alone, for even an hour, much less all day, at only 10 years old

Not easy info to know, but actuaries aren’t paid the big bucks to be wrong

There are a few pics of me when I was a kid where my hair looked a bit red…but this is pretty much exactly my natural hair color…still

Yep, I obviously get highlights now…but I weirdly still don’t have hardly any grey

Grey would keep me out of the salon as often, since it would not show that grow out so fast…but alas…everything else in the aging process is on track though 👵

3rd grade…the year my mom and stepdad moved so many times I went to several schools in one school year 😒
