To get the real customer experience maybe BOI could try that number and see how easily they make contact with someone in LifeLoans!
If they are fortunate enough to speak with someone perhaps they might consider asking that person to contact us.

We are looking for a specific number to speak with someone who works with LifeLoan accounts.
I'm on hold again, So frustrating speaking repeatedly to staff who have never even heard of the product 😳 On call 10 mins & still holding...
