@hudsonsbay So my msgs arw being ignored & yet an email is sent saying the issue is resolved?! I have to call to see that my refund is being "processed" & takes 3 wks?! No transfer to refund dpt & was hung up on. 3rd time calling today - this is ridiculous - where's my refund?!

@hudsonsbay wondering why it's taking over 1 month, several calls and falls promises from your agents to replace an item delivered broken?? Being told different things every time I call. I have no product and no refund. Very disappointing service and no resolution yet.
