"Shared" parental leave is a bit of a misleading title, as you don't actually need to SHARE the leave to use it! It's up to the parents to decide how they wish to use the 52 weeks of SPL, and it's fine if only one parent uses it! #teachers #maternity #sharedparentalleave #spl
