Parking needs to be free at healthcare facilities for patients and their caregivers. I’m also realistic that it’s a significant source of $$ income for these sites. So why not sell naming rights - secondary benefit: more likely to remember name of garage that you parked in.

USPS doesn’t deliver to my home. (I have a P.O. Box.) UPS might deliver, depending on the driver. (But more often than not, packages are returned to sender, saying my address does not exist.) FedEx and Amazon seem to have no trouble.
