@Airbnb is making it impossible to cancel trips. When I go through the long process of cancelling I get this error message over and over. And of course there’s no help phone number or email. Sticking with hotels from now on! See ya @Airbnb

@Weiwen_Wang @ChaseSupport We were calling about @SingaporeAir and chase said they couldn’t do anything to help us...so we are stuck with the flight unless it gets cancelled! But I’ve heard other domestically airlines are easier to work with.

Finally got on the phone with @ChaseSupport and they are saying we need to call the airline. Isn’t the whole purpose of chase travel to act as the travel agent for the client? Way to pass the buck #coronavirus #chasesapphire #chaseultimaterewards
