@amy_foster1 Even with putting 10% down on my first house and paying a mortgage for nearly 3 years, I still don't have 20% deposit for a house I want, because I'm obviously going to buy a more expensive one. It's ridiculous!!

Decided I wanted to sell my house and buy a new one and had my bonfire proper pissed on. Most banks only accepting 20% deposits on mortgages at the minute, so yeah you can't buy a house at the minute if you live in the REAL world
