@GaryPansino @DavidWolfe Yesssss. I now stay fairly tan year round. When I used to wear sunglasses all the time, I would get so pale in colder months. Like ghostly. And burn way more in sun. Healthy diet helps too though. I changed that first. Only quit wearing sunglasses a few years ago.

@TheSarasotan @DavidWolfe Sun doesn’t cause cancer. People used to spend way more time outdoors than now/skin cancer didn’t explode til invention of sunscreen. Sun is necessary for life.Plants open to it, animals bask, humans put on sunblock/sunglasses. Sun=necessary for proper mitochondrial function
