I wrote for @theipaper about the ‘bougie broke’ trend and why I think it trivialises the financial anxieties of the stretched middle… hopefully a more nuanced piece than you might expect from the extract.
@Vitality_UK Google seems to have blocked Fiit so it's no longer connecting to Google Fit, error message "This app tried to acccess sensitive information in your Google account. To keep your acocunt safe, Google blocked this access", so no Vitality points. What's going on?
@EdinburghTrams This seems contradictory. Can I or can I not use a Network Day Ticket to get the tram to and from the airport? (Screenshot from the @on_lothianbuses website)
Hey @EnterpriseCarC, it would be pretty useful if your cars displayed speed using a unit that matches the speed limits of the country you're in 🙄 This took way more mental arithmetic than should be necessary.
@SP_EnergyPeople I tried to send a DM to get help, but I got some chatbot replies that weren't even related to my question. I hope a person is going to pick up my message as well!
All the other couriers seem able to deliver parcels in a timely manner, but @YodelOnline claim "delays" and have had my parcel sitting at their depot for *two weeks*. I'm extremely used to terrible service from Yodel, but this is a new low. And 0 staff manning the chat.
@edinhelp I ordered a food waste bin from the council, and was expecting a medium-sized one where I can transfer the food waste from my small kitchen caddy, but the bin that arrived was very small. Do you not provide the slightly larger ones anymore?
@EmmmieG@b0wlingally @clairezagorski Because "free at the point of use" is a really long way of saying it when most people understand that's what's meant.
