We need to better recognise the #NHS work we affects us, maybe more so when things go wrong, but even when things go right but don’t have the outcome we would hope for.

Imagine what we could do if the NHS workplace was less toxic and we could redirect the £2.4billon spent investigating staff behaviours to direct patient care

Terrifying to think half a million days a year are lost due to staff sickness related to psychological harm and approx. 350 healthcare workers die from suicide a year.
