@AmazonHelp So the first person I spoke to cut me off after 15 minutes (of course he was actually the third person I’d spoken to today), the next person however resolved the issue within 5 minutes. So a result eventually but one that has taken in excess of 2 hours to resolve. Not good.

@AmazonHelp I have no idea what they did, they kept me on hold for a very long time and then told me that because they could not work out what the claim code said the card was not valid
