At long last this game-changer for #Type1 diabetics in #NZ has finally arrived. Before this only those in the privileged position to self-fund could have access to #CGMs. This will literally #savelives and reduce the strain on our overloaded health system.

I have been thinking about my grandmothers, originating from Cornwall & Samoa, and their struggles. We have achieved much since then, but there are still too many barriers to achieving equal outcomes.
