Por que la peor atencion al cliente es de @BACCredomaticSV ? Buenisimos los productos pero todo se nota en atencion al cliente desde call center hasta gerente de sala. Me repusieron una tarjeta de credito hace 2 dias y hoy salen que esta vencida 1 mes antes. Increíble.

@paopenate Lo de la jornada laboral me parece favorece a algunas personas, por ejemplo a los que vivimos en lourdes y de todas formas llegamos temprano por el trafico o salimos tarde. Pero deberia de ser optional.

I need assistance witha refund @AmericanAir. Trip cancelled Aug. 26, was told the baggage fees would be automatically refunded within 7 business days. Its been nearly 3 weeks. AA is giving me conflicting instructions, and their system says my ticket is not canceled

@AmericanAir Oh it gets worst: after 3 different attempts i get a reservation with the wrong last name. Like seriously? Now still on the phone at 11 pm with the seventh agent. To say negligent is the least.

@AmericanAir ive spent 1 hour today trying to make a reservation. 4 agents didnt know how to apply trip credits last one telling me i didnt get a confirmation bc you need to add taxes mannually only to find a credit card alert with wrong expiration date. worst service ever
