@united stuck in Singapore overnight due to SFO cancellation 1/1 UA28 and can’t get any info about a hotel voucher. Would love some help here!! Been on the phone all afternoon and 2 trips to the airport with no help. No United reps here and everyone waiting. Nice start to 2023.

@united @united we have submitted our receipts as asked and still denied on reimbursement. Why is that? Other customers on the same flight were compensated for hotel etc due to the overnight delay? Help!
