-priority 3rd shots
-promote age 5-11 shot 1/2
-surveillance & test to stay RATs
-better masks for kids

Strong leadership from government is needed NOW. We need to pause large events (fans at sporting events, movies), close/reduce capacity in settings where masking is not possible (restaurants, bars), restrict private gatherings. Closing schools should be the absolute last resort.
