@merseyrail Great advice, it would be really handy if there was someone guiding people to the stairs, as I for 1 do not know the secret location of the stairs. There was no help whatsoever from Merseyrail.

Merseyrail are an absolute JOKE
Imagine closing the escalators at Lime Street MAIN LINE so everyone has to squash into a tiny lift. I work until 2pm so I can get the 2.23 train to pick my kids up from school at 3pm. Just missed my train so kids will be left waiting @merseyrail
