Ok , this is completely taken out of context! This is Tyler Reddick’s son. Tyler Reddick had just won the Daytona 500 which Michael Jordan is co-owner of 23XI racing. Upon celebration of the win, Tyler Reddick’s son had ice poured over him and it went all down his shirt and shorts ( his wet shirt also confirms this). Micheal is shown helping release the ice that went down his t-shirt and shorts. Nothing more.
