Does @cvspharmacy have the worst customer service? On hold for 6 hrs and pretended the be a patient to talk to someone. Even employees in store say they don't answer. My daughter's presc was never called in and had to go to another provider. Still charged. #cvs #WorstOfTheWeek

In the last 2 days, I have visited @HomeDepot twice. Both days, I loaded my cart with mulch and put the mulch into my car. By myself. 15 bags. Plus plants and shells. Today, one of the employees sat and watched as I loaded my car. #frustrated #CustomerExperience #CustomerCare

Beware of buying gift cards @Walgreens. I received a GF for Door Dash. Part of the code was illegible rendering it invalid. DD said to contact Walgreens. Local Walgreens manager rudely said there was nothing they can do. Sound like a scam? #walgreens #doordash #scam
