We have no power or electricity.

Landlord and tenant rights.
My Landlord LOCKS MY MAILBOX HE HAS THE KEY to open it ,I do NOT have a key for my mail box😡🤬😡
He has No RIGHT TO LOCK THE MAILBOX!!!!
