@greenafrica ground staff checked in people who had late reservations and left people with reservations who paid additional for their seats stranded on the Los-Ibadan flight today. Supervisor & Station Manager all went into hiding. No word to the stranded passengers.@fkeyamo

Even the Operations Manager is making excuses instead of facing the issues in the branch.
