@Matalan good morning, I picked up my order yesterday from the store and there are two items missing from the order. I double checked my order on the app to make sure it didn’t say separate parcels but it should have been in all the same parcel. What can I do about this please?

@currys we bought the tv through curry’s so you need to be the ones to sort it out especially as Samsung keep passing us back to you. Absolutely awful service from both you and @SamsungUK
@currys and they’ve said you have to call curry’s for engineer, this is beyond a joke you’re passing us back and forth. All we want is our telly fixed. Have asked for a supervisor at Samsung and now been on hold for 20mins and they’ve said they call us back. No call yet.
@currys an uplift number, we said ok book us an engineers they said they’d call us back in 1hr - this was last night still no call back. I called Samsung today but they wouldn’t talk to me as my husband made the first call. My husband has now just called Samsung back re engineer
@currys we rang Samsung back and they said we can’t give you an uplift number we can only provide that to curry’s, we then rang curry’s back and once again they sent us back to Samsung, we told Samsung we need an uplift number again, they said you need an engineer before you get

@LidlGB hiya, done a food shop yesterday and I bought blackberries and blueberries, I just opened and washed the blackberries for my 2 yr old and there was a dead wasp on them and the blueberries are so soft they’re like mush already!
@LidlGB I still haven’t had a response on this issue and now today have bought tomatoes and again one of them is mouldy, it was underneath the green label so couldn’t see the mould until we just opened it. Please come back regarding this issue and the previous issue where I have DMd you
@sainsburys hi I bought these mushrooms at your Chessington north store yesterday, didn’t realise until I got home to use them how mouldy they all were. I didn’t get a receipt as I used self service, but I did use nectar and have screenshot of it. Could someone look into this?
