My husband gave me these earrings a week ago, on my birthday, and I lost one the same day. Today it appeared at my feet on the sidewalk, not broken, not very close to my house, and not hidden in the 10” of snow we got Friday. Magic and wonder.

Very grateful for this book. Dr. @jolijensen offers a path away from turmoil and towards writing by focusing on the work, rather than the self. "To test this, see how well your reasons for not writing work when they are applied to building a shelf or weeding a garden."
